Overall services and quality is satisfactory. On time delivery but i want to give the suggestion that kindly work on the sizes those who have healthy feet can't fit in every design... I also have healthy feet and i ordered size 42 but still my heel is a little bit out of the sandals. So keep the large size more large

Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, our footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase. An original receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required. If you feel the shoes or accessories purchased have a manufacturer’s defect, Please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days of purchase.
Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to broken hardware/heels/broaches/beads and malfunctioning zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than WalkEaze.
NOTE that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
