Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, our footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase. An original receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required. If you feel the shoes or accessories purchased have a manufacturer’s defect, Please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days of purchase.
Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to broken hardware/heels/broaches/beads and malfunctioning zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than WalkEaze.
NOTE that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

- Product(s) can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase/invoice.
- Due to the differences in color, monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- No Exchange Will Be Catered Without Claim ID# & Invoice in Stores & Online.
- For online exchange, orders placed within Pakistan, customers can change their products via any nearest outlet or dispatch us back by providing us CN# on our Whatsapp# +92 (331) 327 4466.
- Products for exchange purpose will be reverted once received by us within 3 to 5 days and a new tracking# will shared to customers for their ease.
- International Orders can be exchanged by sending the item back. Once the item is received the exchanged articles will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, Shipping cost will apply accordingly.
