Subject to the conditions and exclusions below, our footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase. An original receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
If you believe the product has a manufacturer’s defect, please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days.
Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:
Broken hardware, heels, broaches, or beads
Malfunctioning zippers
This guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Dye transference
Accidental damage or misuse
Alterations, service, or repairs by third parties other than WalkEaze
