If you feel the shoes or accessories purchased have a manufacturer’s defect, Please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days of purchase.
Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to broken hardware/heels/broaches/beads and malfunctioning zippers. NOTE that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
