Highly Disappointed

I had the worst experience with this store. I was browsing their site and found a pair of shoes I liked. I added them to my cart and entered my details, including my address, to calculate shipping costs and prepare for a potential purchase. However, I never placed the order. Despite this, the store somehow used my information to process the order and ship the shoes to my address without my consent.

This is absolutely unacceptable and a blatant violation of my trust. It feels like they stole my personal information and made a decision for me. No one has the right to force a purchase on a customer!

When I contacted their customer service, I expected an apology and a resolution, but instead, I was met with excuses and zero accountability. This is not how a legitimate business should operate.

I am infuriated by this experience and would strongly warn others against shopping here. If they can misuse your personal information this way, what else are they doing with it?
